AVON SALES LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

As a Leadership Representative you have the opportunity to recruit, train and mentor your own Downline unit of Representatives and earn additional cash bonuses based on the performance of your unit. But the greatest personal reward is in helping other Representatives build their own profitable Avon businesses.

The Leadership opportunity has four levels of earnings or titles: Unit Leader, Advanced Unit Leader, Executive Unit Leader and Senior Executive Unit Leader. At each level you have personal sales requirements which then qualify you to earn bonuses on the sales of those in your group or unit. 

The Avon Leadership Program is a multitiered compensation program that gives top-selling Representatives, known as Leadership Representatives, an enhanced career path. The program allows Representatives to obtain earnings from commissions based on sales made by the Representatives that they have recruited and trained, as well as profits derived from their own sales of Avon's products. The program limits the number of levels on which commissions can be earned to three and continues to focus on individual product sales and service to customers by Leadership Representatives. The development of the Avon Leadership Program throughout the world is one component of our long-term growth strategy.

Minimum # of Recruits: 20 & 2 UL's & 1 AUL

Senior Executive Unit Leader = SEUL

Personal Award Sales: R1500
Minimum # of Active Rep’s: 35 & 4 UL's with 1 of them being EUL & 1 AUL
